An air of intrigue and mystery surrounds this PSA. Who is this guy, this partner of yours? Where's he been, and what's he been up to? As with most PSA's, this spot was produced on an incredibly small budget. But we shot on 35mm and managed to squeeze out four spots in one shooting day.
